When will I receive my first crate after my order is placed? All crates will be delivered or shipped within 15 days of ordering to allow time for preparation and delivery. 

Can I customize the items inside my crates? We carefully curate senior-safe items in each crate, therefore, customization is not possible at this time. We do not include food or classic wick candles in our crates.

Can I return my monthly crate? Returns are not permitted after a crate has been delivered. We welcome your feedback at any time.

Are they tailored towards a man or a woman? Most crates are unisex.
