When will I receive my first crate after my order is placed? All purchases for the following month's crates must be ordered by the end of the preceding month to allow time for preparation and delivery.
What day each month will the crate arrive to my loved one? All monthly crates will be delivered or mailed by the 10th day of each month.
Can I just order one crate to try it? Yes, you will need to purchase a One-Time crate at checkout and you will get the next month's crate.
Can I acknowledge my loved ones birthday in that monthly crate? Yes, if you have a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription and you provide their birthdate at checkout, we will include a special item and birthday message personalized from you in that month's crate.
What if my loved one passes away during my subscription? We are sorry for your loss and a refund for the remaining months will be provided, or the boxes could be donated to the senior center or for others.
Can I customize the items inside my crates? We carefully curate senior-safe items to each month's theme, therefore, customization is not possible at this time.
Can I cancel at any time? Cancellations of subscriptions are permitted and refunds for all future months will be provided. Notification must be received by the 15th day of the month for the following month to be refundable.
Are they tailored towards a man or a woman? Most monthly crates are unisex. However, for certain holidays, we will carefully select items so your specific friend or family member will feel extra special and well loved.
